Taylor is a san francisco based yoga teacher, student of life, and explorer of the breath. She teaches a mind/body connected gentle flow vinyasa class, with a deep focus on the breath, moments of gratitude, and inclusion for all.
Taylor is on a mission to bring more people to the practice of yoga - to connect (or reconnect) with their true self, while reminding us not to take ourselves (or our practice) too seriously.
