This workshop will help you cleanse the mind and body of stagnant energy and reset your intentions for 2017.
In this workshop you will:
- Learn the mechanics of how to safely and skillfully get in and out of Parsva Bakasana (Side Crow pose) and Parivrtta Ardha Chandrasana (Revolved Half Moon pose)
- Detox your mind and body with a 50-min yoga class full of twists and folds
- Sample fresh and detoxifying juices from our friends at Pressed Juicery
This workshop is also a great opportunity to get a more one-on-one approach to your practice - it’s kind of like having a private yoga class with us!
Workshop is open to beginners as well as more advanced students.
