Have you ever felt stuck in life, with a certain thought or habit that you’re trying to break away from?
To literally turn yourself upside down can be a wonderful way to break a thought pattern or routine and invite some new insight into your life. Now we understand that arm balances and inversions can feel intimidating, and even inaccessible at times. But that’s why we’ve teamed up and dedicated an entire workshop to helping you start/strengthen your inversion practice!
In this workshop you will:
- Learn the mechanics of how to safely and skillfully get in and out of Bakasana (Crow pose), Sirsasana (Headstand) and Salamba Sarvangasana (Shoulderstand)
- Break through your fears and internal barriers (because, let’s be real, going upside down can be freaky!)
- Turn your old habits, quite literally, upside down.
This workshop is also a great opportunity to get a more one-on-one approach to your practice - it’s kind of like having a private yoga class with us!
Workshop is open to beginners as well as more advanced students.
