Heart openers are a powerful way to open the physical body and the mind. These poses can help to improve your posture, breath capacity and even uplift your mood. When moving through change, heart openers can help facilitate those changes by creating new space in your life.
With time and practice, you may even notice that you become more present for yourself and for others.
In this workshop you will:
- Learn the mechanics of how to safely and skillfully get in and out of Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel pose), Natarajasana (Dancer pose) and Ustrasana (Camel pose)
- Move through a 50-min practice designed to open your body and mind
- Awaken your senses and connect to your heart through a guided meditation
This workshop is also a great opportunity to get a more one-on-one approach to your practice - it’s kind of like having a private yoga class with us!
Workshop is open to beginners as well as more advanced students.
