25 Minute Gentle Yoga
Welcome back from the long weekend!
Hopefully you got some good quality rest and relaxation time with friends and family.
Without fail, after every long weekend I come back feeling tired, behind and stiff.
I just feel off and I can never remember what day it is.
So in an effort to encourage gentleness with ourselves as we adjust from a long holiday weekend, this week's class is a gentle sequence.
Side note for those learning yoga through my weekly classes and online videos, I introduce a new pose called Triangle (posture breakdown will be up on the blog soon!)
This sequence is exactly what I needed after a long weekend and I hope you find it to be exactly what you needed as well.

A few notes for my NY TRIBE...
- My September class schedule for yoga in Central Park is posted on the meet-up group and my next class will be this Sunday, September 11th at 11 AM - click HERE to sign up and feel free to bring a friend! (only 9 spots remaining!)
- If you plan on bringing multiple friends - GREAT - please have them join the meet-up group and RSVP for the individual class so I know roughly how many people to expect - that way we don't have to find a new location last minute to accommodate everyone
- NOTE: We will go back to our original location for class this Sunday (refer to the map/directions in the meet-up group). Our lovely large shading tree has been cut down so there won't be as much shade as usual but with the weather cooling down a bit this month I think we will be ok.
One more reminder, moving forward I'll be posting any last minute changes (in location or w/e) on my instagram so if your not already, make sure to follow me (@taylorpangman) so you don't miss any last minute unforeseen updates.
