Day 11: Abs

Welcome to Day 11 of The Tribe Life's 30 Day Yoga Challenge!

Day 11 is all about those abs and strengthening our core! You might have already started to notice that almost every pose in yoga has some form of a core component. You'll hear me say, "engage the abs" "lift the navel" "strengthen your core"... it's all related. When we start each pose from a solid and strong core, all poses become easier, and before you know it, you're up in a handstand wondering how you got there!
